Pastor's Ministry

The Pastor's Ministry is the spiritual leadership of the church, carried out by the Pastor.

The Pastor preaches and teaches the Word of God, sets the vision and direction of the church, provides counsel and pastoral care, visits the sick and comforts the bereaved, and administers the ordinances of baptism and the Lord's Supper. The Pastor is assisted in this work by the associate ministers, who serve under the Pastor's guidance.

The Pastor's Ministry leads the congregation in worship, discipleship, and service to the community.
