Church Clerk Ministry

The Church Clerk Ministry is responsible for keeping the official records of the church and supporting its orderly administration.

This ministry records the minutes of church conferences and business meetings, maintains the membership roll, documents baptisms, new members and other milestones, handles official correspondence, and prepares announcements and reports for the congregation.
